The cliffs of Puig de Ros offer unspoilt views of the turquoise coloured sea and are home to three of our sea frontline projects in the south of Mallorca. Voltor 14 is one of them and it is as impressive as it's location.

The cubism architecture and the clean lines not only give a certain look and feel to the project but they are also designed in such a way that the entire building will not disturb the scenery.

Exposing bare materials like natural stone and wood help the project blend even more into the surroundings.

Voltor 14 will benefit from five bedrooms each one with its own en-suite bathroom and the highest level of comfort will be assured by using reliable and sophisticated systems for heating, cooling, music and surveillance.

High-Tech features include a solar energy system, underfloor heating throughout the property for those mildly cold winter days, wireless HD music and sound system, and alarm system. All of these to be controlled remotely via the KNX Domotic system.

puig de ros - south mallorca

Puig de Ros on map

Tucked away from heavily frequented tourist areas, but still within easy reach of Palma and the airport, the south of Mallorca offers a much more chilled out lifestyle than can be found in the south west.

With very well preserved old towns like Santanyi or Porreres, fishing harbours along the coastline, wonderful beaches like the Colonia St Jordi or the amazingly Caribbean reminiscent beach of Es Trenc, the south is favoured by many who come to Mallorca looking to escape and unwind from their busy lives.
